As part of continuous improvement, MAJOR has implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the IATF 16949:2016 Technical Specification.
1955PRINCIPLES
The origins of the Major company date back to 1955, when a craftsman's workshop for the repair and legalisation of scales was established.
1960EXPANSION OF ACTIVITIES
In 1960, the business was expanded to include the production of metal components for carpentry.
1980RAPID GROWTH
In 1980, as a result of the buoyant growth, the production of spare parts for machines (including lathes and milling machines) began. The construction of fans was also taken up. This undertaking was made possible by the experience gained with the modernised machinery.
